V4-Twin Divider
The "Twin Divider" accurately portions the dough sheet at a desired weight or length. Its Gravimetric® cutting system is operable with 1 or 2 lanes, which allows wider portioning range from larger products by 1-lane to smaller products by 2-lane cutting. Also, the machine is used not only as a divider, but can be utilized as a component machine of an automated production line by adding secondary forming machines. The Stress Free® System makes it easy to produce natural yeast breads and additive-free breads.

V4-S.F.D. (Stress Free® Divider)
Model: VX121 Stress Free® Divider

The “V4-S.F.D.” is designed by completely different philosophy from conventional dough divider. It performs without giving any mechanical force into the dough.
Further,as it employs a unique “Gravimetric® Method” at its weighing and cutting system,it works also to divide well-fermented gassy dough accurately into portions without being affected by the variation of specific gravity of dough

VM System
The Variety Bread Line came true with STRESS FREE® System.
Rheon "VM System" with STRESS FREE® system gives no damage to dough. This enabled to make the VM Line extremely compact. Because there will be no need for intermediate proofing process to recover damaged dough.

Accurate dough portioning is achieved under STRESS FREE® condition with Rheon's unique Gravimetric® method (Rheon's own weighing system).
Wide variety of product shapes can be produced from the square, roll or round shape that is automatically formed by the machine.
